Endophytic fungi live inside plant tissues and increase their resistance to abiotic biotic factors. Our work is concerned with interannual variations of mycoendophyte diversity leaves Pistacia atlantica Desf. dayate Aiat, in the region Laghouat (Algeria) this for spring 2013 2016. The morphological identification revealed presence 26 fungal genera. difference very significant between two years sampling, according calculated Shannon Weaver indices. Based on principal component analysis, distribution these leaf microorganisms influenced by climatic conditions study area. Aspergillus Epicoccum are dominant 2013. In 2016, Cladosporium dominate. persistence gives it an important role fight against stress suffered atlantica.
